Day 1 - Reflections & Observations:
Thanks for creating this. The initial idea of a visual digital detox is great. Completely agree that Humans spend so much time on their phones and technology that any way to give us a break, especially when personal growth is involved, is awesome. In the book the 'Secrets of the Millionaire Mind', the author recommends running your finger across your throat whenever you complain. This acts as a trigger and links to the physiological experience you need to get comfortable with when sitting with emotions.
Love the part about the Path unfolds FOR you...and but taking responsibility for your World, and not complaining, you stay in an upwards vibration for creation.
