Day 4: Sighing & clenching was a new one for me.
Noticed a lot of yawning — clear nervous system release???
Loved the reminder that what we seek has always been shining.
Science helps validate it, but the real understanding comes from feeling it in the body like Mattew said.
I’ll be adding this into my daily practice, especially in the evenings for a while to see what i observe🙏🏻
