Getting swamped with 'to dos'

I've been getting completely swamped with to-dos.

Every time I learn something new about building my YouTube-to-Skool business, it seems to generate an avalanche of new tasks. After a while, it started feeling pretty overwhelming.

In the past, I've used project management software, and the one I liked best was Asana.com I'm in the process of setting it up again. The free version does quite a bit, although I may eventually need to upgrade if I start collaborating with other people.

Just capturing all the items seems to take down my stress levels.

Question: Do you use project management software? If so, what do you use, and what do you like (or dislike) about it?
