The Empty Room Playbook
If you came here from the new YouTube video, this is the thing I told you about. Ten steps to take the audience you already have and turn it into a room that pays you. The about page template I filled in on screen is in there too, at the end of Step 1. Fill in the brackets, get your page live. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CrQiPcnvRyupu6z9Sm7vWi-k2QWJ84LseXSx4eHSvjU/edit?usp=sharing It's free. Nothing to buy, nothing to opt into. You're already in. Fair warning on what's not in it. Nothing about building an audience, going viral, running ads, or learning a funnel. It's written for people who already have the audience and never turned it on. If that's not you yet, it'll still make sense. It just won't be urgent. And if you've been in PYOB a while and still haven't opened a room, this is your week. You've read enough. Then do one thing for me. Comment below with where you are right now: 1. Haven't opened a room yet 2. Room is open, nobody's paying 3. Room is open and people are paying Just the number is fine. Brian P.S. Room = Skool Community

@Brian O'Neill I watched one of the workshop replays and in looking at setting up my page for success…. How would you handle a page with weeks (months) of 0 comments and when I did have comment, they were few and far between.. What i the best way to set this page up for success? I want people to think they are in the right place, but looking at my page, I don’t give that vibe. Suggestions?

I love Claude - it writes a ton for me
For the YouTuber who charges way too little.
Quick heads up, and then it's on you. The next YouTube to Skool workshop is What To Charge. Friday, July 24, noon Central. We're building the number you should be charging, plus how to raise it later without losing a single person. If you've ever undercharged for something you're genuinely good at, this is the one. It's $27 to get in. One time. No recurring fee. That price is about to be gone. The second we hit 75 members it goes back to $47, and we're at 64 right now. So this is the last workshop that runs at $27. You already know the number you're charging is too low. Come fix it while it's still $27. Don't overthink this one. 👉 Join YouTube to Skool Brian

Coaching vs Courses vs Digital Products - Which One Fits YOUR Skills Best?
One of the biggest reasons people stay stuck is simple. They don’t know which type of online business actually fits them. So they spend months bouncing between ideas…trying a little coaching, watching a few course videos, testing a digital product…and never getting traction with any of them. Here’s the simplest way to think about the 3 most common online business models and how to know which one is right for YOU: 1️⃣ Coaching (1:1 or group) Best for you if you: - Like talking to people - Enjoy teaching or guiding step-by-step - Want the fastest path to your first customer - Don’t mind being on Zoom Avoid this if you hate being “on stage.” 2️⃣ Online Courses Best for you if you: - Prefer to teach once and let people learn on their own - Have a process you can break into steps - Want something scalable without adding more hours - Like creating videos or structured lessons Avoid this if you struggle to organize your thoughts. 3️⃣ Digital Products (PDFs, templates, guides) Best for you if you: - Want something simple and fast to launch - Prefer writing over talking - Have repeatable knowledge you can package - Don’t want to be on camera Avoid this if you want deep 1:1 interaction. 👇 POLL: Which one feels like the best fit for YOUR skills and personality? (Coaching / Courses / Digital Products) After you vote, drop a comment: What made you choose that option? I’ll reply and help you narrow it down.

I chose coaching because that’s really where my heart is. I love to see people come to me with a problem that I can help them. Get an answer for and see that moment of clarity in their eyes now that’s not to say that I wouldn’t be willing to create a course or a digital product but I think coaching is my number one choice.
Training the Algorithm
I get asked about “training” the algorithm all the time. Someone asked me about it yesterday. So I grabbed my phone and recorded a YouTube video with my thoughts. Hint: it can’t be done. But the video reveals what you can do to bring in buyers.
