Nate Herk hit 1 million subscribers on YouTube last week. He started 720 days ago. 511 videos. His own words about the early days: "I remember filming with a $30 webcam and no microphone." Everybody skips that part. They see the million and assume he rolled out of bed one morning and it was there. He earned it. He earned it by doing the thing, and then doing it again, for a long time. He didn't quit at 10 days because it wasn't working. He didn't quit at 30 days. He didn't pivot to a new idea halfway through. 720 days goes by in a heartbeat. It's going to pass whether you do anything with it or not. You can make those two years long, slow and painful. Or you can accept today, right now, that this takes a long time, and start.
