You made it. Welcome to the corner of the internet where we talk about getting older, getting stronger, and cutting through the health and wellness BS that clogs your feed. This isn’t a place for detox teas, “grind culture,” or pretending 60 is the new 30. It’s for the people who’ve lived enough life to know better — but still want to feel better. We’re here to move more, hurt less, and stop lying to ourselves about what we “can’t” do. You don’t need six-pack abs or a lab coat to belong here. It's not a Mystery
Most of our “mystery” health issues aren’t really mysteries. The body just gets tired of hauling extra cargo and starts sending warning lights—blood pressure, cholesterol, knees that sound like bubble wrap. You can call it aging if you want, but physics calls it “load.” Drop the load, ease the strain. The body’s simple like that.https://proudboomerllc.com
