A Moral Issue
We’ve turned “weight” into a moral issue, but it’s not. It’s physics and biology having a polite but firm conversation. When the load gets heavy enough, systems break down. That’s not shame. That’s a signal. You don’t need a cleanse, a guru, or a supplement that costs as much as rent. You need to lighten the load.
