Put it down
I have been listening in my car and today I heard the part about old photos.
I came across a memory on FB of a much thinner version of myself at a race and I remembered that I thought back then that I was "fat". I am around 20+lbs heavier now and I thought how crazy I was back then to have thought that.
We don't see ourselves the same way from the inside that others see us from the outside.
I am trying to change my mindset that healthy/fitter doesn't always mean thin. I want to work on my strength and yes, my body composition will change a little, but I don't want to be skinny. My man told me nothing fun happens on a straight road lol 😂
