First rental property
Hey we have recently started our LTD Company and bought our first house through it but are still a bit wet behind the ears regarding how we move onto our next one without using our own money . Can anyone advise first one has been rented out with a good yield .
I'm looking to co-own a successful airbnb with you. Investment Partnership
Hope this finds you well. I am looking to co-own a successful airbnb with you. You immediately own a portion of the reservation cashflow and should you decide to exit at any point in the future you merely sell your share, benefiting an additional capital gains on your equity share if you time the sell right. The property is highly rated by guests and samples have been attached. Investment amounts are anything from £50K to make it worthwhile to pay the cost of the officiating solicitor and pay the transaction capital gains tax. Please reach out privately if interested. As its an ongoing establishment, you immediately start earning. Thank you

Introduction
Hello everyone. I'm new here Hope all are well. I'm in beginning stages of building a property portfolio and my goal is to help provide some much needed quality housing stock into the UK property market. Starting off in Scotland while I find my feet with it all. I've currently just been flipping properties to build up some cash savings for the business as a cushion for when the portfolio build begins. I paid a reasonably sizeable amount for a mentorship programme to get myself kicked off and it ultimately gave me the nudge I needed. I've started sourcing some deals myself, more just an exploratory thing than anything else. Im still eager to connect with sourcers and everyone else in this industry to help each other out, as it's not made easy for us. Especially of late. All the best. Look forward to being involved.
