You immediately own a portion of the reservation cashflow and should you decide to exit at any point in the future you merely sell your share, benefiting an additional capital gains on your equity share if you time the sell right. The property is highly rated by guests and samples have been attached. Investment amounts are anything from £50K to make it worthwhile to pay the cost of the officiating solicitor and pay the transaction capital gains tax. Please reach out privately if interested.
