Hey we have recently started our LTD Company and bought our first house through it but are still a bit wet behind the ears regarding how we move onto our next one without using our own money . Can anyone advise first one has been rented out with a good yield .

@Kevan Hendren the approach here is to try to squeeze value . If you can achieve a big enough discount you can bridge in at 100%. Alternatively if you can grab some short term funds as a deposit you can go in and out with the same pot of money . So buy at 100k . Put 25k in as deposit do refurb 15k . Revalues at 150k …75% btl mortgage is 112 k .. so between legals and stamp/ads you are leaving some money in but allows you to move faster than tying up chunks at a time

Hey so I Introduced myself recently but didn’t really put what I am hoping to achieve / projects required. I am just starting on my property journey as a family venture ( me and my two sons) I am looking for off market properties Edinburgh, and surrounding areas, so that I can BRRR. Welcome Jane - if you go through classroom content in tabs above that should help. Lots of deals available - Edinburgh a bit tougher due to demand - but west Lothian etc there are some great deals to be had
