This is something I want to move onto next. Building a pdf, pitch deck short and on point. I want to use this as part of trying to connect, network and seek potential investors. Not initially JV but maybe on loan agreements for example. Just wondered on people's thoughts around this? Any input on what to include, what to avoid. I guess in the why invest with me, why i want to get in into this, what i want to do for them as an investor.
