Hi, I'm Darren from Leeds. I have been doing Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Renfinance (BRRR) model since 2017 and have completed 10 projects so far. I've been on a few property courses in the past and then luckily found Paul Last year and have been doing mentoring calls since. HI, I'm looking for a Private lender to help fund future BRRR opporuntiies in the region of £100 - £150K for a good fixed rate of return over 9-12 months. We have completed 10 of these projects since 2017, usually using bridge-to-let type products but they come with expensive product & exit fees.
