I know it seems elementary…
But overlooking elementary lessons can sometimes be more expensive than your college education.
Case in point…
Just recently, a licensed real estate agent in our network learned this lesson the hard way when a very close family member of theirs forgot they were in real estate and purchased a $6 million property…
All without asking them for a referral (a $40k elementary lesson).
Here’s the lesson:
People are busy with their own lives… and they forget… AND it’s not their job to remember what you do… It’s your job to remind them.
