We have this lease already set up with a school we lease 3 planes to already.
They want a Tecnam P2006T purchase price will be between $500-600k. There are a couple out there we can acquire and do the acquisition.
Lease terms:
$150/hour dry x 40 hour monthly minimum ($6,000/month base)
Triple net. They cover insurance, maintenance, operating cost.
Owner covers engines. (Rotax 912 about a $22k replacement per engine)
