It’s Jet Time
I have two Part 135 operators ready to go and sign leases. One needs two CJ1’s or CJ2’s. The other needs a 560XLS. We can help with the financing if needed. These are plug and play opportunities. Comment “Me” and we will reach out with details. Bonus for all members: there will be no acquisition or management fee from us on these two deals. So all the profits you make will be yours. We will handle the full acquisition for you as well as the lease placement.

Tecnam P2008 MKII Acquired
We did it again guys! We just got this 2021 P2008 for a client. We were able to handle the entire acquisition process from forcing the Airplane to negotiating the deal to taking delivery in the most tax advantage strategy possible and now it is here and we are starting the advertising and marketing to get it set up for Lease.

Twin Comanche plug & play lease
Hey guys, I have an operator here in South Florida. That is very interested in leasing this twin Comanche. I have already been in contact with the owner. We can get this plane for $210,000. The Airplane would have a triple net lease set up at $115 an hour and that school would be doing close to 100 hours a month or more. Here’s the information on the plane. If either of you are interested in, have the availability to close before the end of the year this would be a perfect plug-in play opportunity to generate income right off the bat with a very capable airplane and targeting the multi engine market. For Sale: 1968 Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche (Turbo-Normalized, IFR-Capable) This well-equipped 1968 Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche features counter-rotating propellers, a Rayjay turbo kit, extended range tip tanks, and a modern Garmin avionics suite. A fresh annual was completed in July 2025. Airframe & Engines: • Counter-rotating Hartzell Q-tip propellers 0 SMOH • Left Engine (IO-320-C1A): Approx 1100 SMOH • Right Engine (LIO-320-C1A): Approx 700 SMOH • Rayjay turbo kit • Extended range tip tanks • Gap seals installed • Fresh annual inspection (July 2025) • Vacuum system removed Avionics & Upgrades: • Dual Garmin GI 275 electronic flight instruments • Garmin GTN 650 (WAAS GPS/NAV/COM) • Garmin GNC 215 (NAV/COM) • Garmin GTX 345 (ADS-B In/Out transponder) • Garmin GMA 345 Audio Panel (Bluetooth) • Century 2000 Autopilot with Altitude Hold and GPSS (GPS Steering) Coupling This is a clean, reliable, and capable IFR platform with excellent avionics, turbo performance, and long-range capability. Ideal for efficient and comfortable cross-country travel.

@Yaser Homsi engine overhauls would be on a 50/50 split when it actually needs to be overhauled. They can definitely go passed TBO and no sense in overhauling a good engine. These are both mid Time or less so you got some time there. Cost for overhaul would be around $45k per engine
