We’ve identified three proven Part 135 platforms, depending on mission profile and acquisition strategy:

- Piper Navajo – twin-engine, higher payload, ideal for multi-passenger charter
Each of these aircraft hits the sweet spot of:
- 300–800 NM regional trips
- Much lower hourly cost than jets
- Strong charter demand
- Proven Part 135 history
This is true private aviation without the jet tax.
🧩 THE STRUCTURE (DONE FOR YOU)
- Aircraft operates under an existing Part 135 charter certificate
- Based at my FBO (which I own and control)
- I personally handle local marketing, demand generation, and client acquisition
- Aircraft flies as a dedicated air taxi / charter platform
- You remain hands-off
From an investor standpoint, this is structured to function like a triple-net lease.
💰 THE ECONOMICS
- 85 / 15 revenue split 85% to the aircraft owner (YOU) 15% management fee to the Part 135 operator
Out of the 85% comes:
- Operating costs
- Maintenance
- Engine & parts reserves
- Insurance
All costs are fully modeled upfront.
