Shipping profiles

Hey everyone, I reached out to hey@printshrimp.com 48 hours ago but have not heard back. I'm wondering therefore if any here can help me out here. I created a new account with PrintShrimp, having followed the TikTok videos. I run another POD shop that has been open and building for around two months now, so I'm still pretty new to this. I followed Tom's video tutorial on creating an Etsy listing. All seem to go fine and it has been posted. My uncertainty lies around Shipping profiles. This is a new area for me because these are generally pre populated from other POD providers. I think I have done them correctly, but I'm not 100% confident. I've attached two screenshots with the details. Could you tell me if they are correct?
