Potential Scam

So yesterday I launched my Etsy store and was very excited earlier today when I received an email saying I had my first sale. However there was no sign of it on my dashboard and all my order stats remained at 0. I had also received messages on Etsy that went straight into spam that stated my account was frozen and I needed to verify it using my bank details. I did so and it made me put the current balance in my account (that also had to be above £500).

My question is has anyone else experienced anything similar as I find this quite suspicious especially since there is no sign of this sale anywhere on the store dashboard?
