Getting an appropriate image size while using MidJourney

Hello!

I’ve been using MidJourney to generate some poster art, but I can’t seem to get the image sizes above roughly 1800 x 2500 pixels, and that’s after using the “upscale creatively” option.

Please help me understand what I’m missing, since for example, the recommended size for an A1 poster is 7000 x 9900 px. Thanks!
