Hello everyone! I am freaking out while typing this so please excuse me but today I recieved this email from Etsy.
"As of June 2, it looks like you’re still not meeting our case rate standard, so your shop has been put on pause via Holiday Mode, and your account will be permanently suspended in 30 days, on July 2.
What Holiday Mode means for your shop
- You can’t receive new orders, and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy anymore.
- You can still message buyers if you want to dispatch or cancel any pending orders. Make sure to pay your bills and get records of your shop’s activity. We recommend tying up any loose ends as soon as possible since we may have to refund buyers who have issues with their orders.
What happens once your account is suspended
- You won’t be able to sell on Etsy anymore using this account, or any other account you create.
- You may see a delay in getting paid for up to 180 days, in line with our Payments Policy. This helps us make sure that we can refund buyers if we need to. After this delay, you’ll be able to get paid on the next day in your deposit schedule, unless there’s a payment reserve on your account."
I firstly want to make it clear in the last 90 days I have had around 4 Etsy cases which were all for Shipping problems to places like Israel and Hong Kong. However this is only 4 cases from 1200 orders. I'm also extremely confused because all of the cases have been resolved and I currently have no open cases.
It seems like the only way I can get it back now is by making an appeal. Does anyone have any advice or help they could give me? It would be greatly appreciated.
