APPROACHING STRANGERS HACK?
I haven't been out in a long fucking time. I went to the city yesterday and felt lots of anxiety. I just now had a thought. "How bad would it be if i just approach anyone i want and told them the reason is that my goal is to be more social this year and that i just casually wanted to meet them" "I could even joke about it. Don't worry girls, i'm not here to rob you or sell you anything. What are you girls up to today?" I could approach anyone with that excuse, simply for the sake of approaching, and literally nobody would care. I mean, if someone approached you like that, would you care? You'd think "oh cool, what a cool guy" I think the absolute beginner level way to implement this for you guys is to do it in the gym and approach a random guy with that exact same reason. You're trying to be the social guy this year. Perfect excuse to approach anyone.

Is anybody beardmaxxing?
I'm preparing and experimenting with some protocols to: - increase beard growth and density - improve beard texture and softness - cover up my patchiness - have a healthy and glowing beard I'm currently doing and looking into: - rosehip, rosemary, coconut and argan oil combos - brushing constantly - trimming - microdermabrasion techniques - sauna/ice baths (seem to do well) - increasing sunlight exposure
BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS
I've been reading 2 books which are greatly helping with identity shifting, mindset, complete transformations and what not. Usually, when we are trying to change, we keep facing our old demons and the same roadblocks that keep us in the same old identity. The good habits don't feel natural to you. These books teach you how to make your new ideal self feel more natural to you than your current self does. 1. Becoming Supernatural 2. Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself Both books by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I can also recommend: 1. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle 2. The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida

We need to be more like Bruce Wayne
I absolutely love this male archetype of quiet luxury, reserved wealth, silent danger, lethality, gentleman-like class, etc. I love this character. On the journey to shifting our identity from our old self who is fapping, binge eating, fat, lazy to somebody new, we often don't know who that new identity is. Bruce Wayne is a great aesthetic, identity and character to shape your journey towards.
