download the pdf: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-4NUuVXcjQ5NAu_3ON99RhPmXclhNRT1/view?usp=drive_link step-by-step methodology to transform negative belief systems into positive ones through visualisation. your desired reality and mental movies in order to change anything in life, first we must realise that there is in fact something to change. you can’t change something that you didn’t know could be changed. and as you now know — your belief systems can absolutely be changed. this is the exact methodology i use and abuse on a daily basis to work on myself constantly. it all begins with You—2.0 (Taylan 2.0). you must have a very clear image and idea of who you are currently, and who your ideal self is. version 1.0 → version 2.0 if you haven’t already, go ahead and create a written document and begin to create your ideal character. name specific belief systems or identity points that you want to change about yourself. think about specific numerical goals, like money, weight, etc. then, the next most important thing is to create a mental movie — an imagine experience that you visualise in your head, as if it is happening right now. how would i feel in my desired reality, right now? that is the most important and fundamental question to be asking yourself every single fucking second. and once you ask that, that’s exactly how you need to act, behave and think, right now. this is foundational. please do not ever forget this. do this throughout the day. on the other hand, while we do this specific visualisation technique, it’s also very important to visualise your desired reality as if it is happening right fucking now. not tomorrow. not in 3 months. not “soon”. right now. in this moment. please, this is foundational. creating a mental movie of your desired reality you will use a visualisation technique during a deep meditative state to imagine the positive outcome that you desire — whether it be your desired self, a desired reality, a specific goal/outcome or simply a specific belief/identity you want to change about yourself.

How to completely relax through anxiety
That anxious feeling in your gut? The overwhelming feeling intensifying every second? Your head beginning to ring? Most of your life you ran away from this feeling. Today you’re going to allow it to happen while you sit back and enjoy. The same causes trigger the same anxiety. It’s a cycle that’s probably occurring with a few things in life: dating, income, self image, etc. The next time you feel this happening, this is what you’re going to do: 1. Become aware that you are anxious. Awareness is the first step to dealing with anxiety. 2. If you are in public, excuse yourself. If it’s happening in private, sit down. 3. Relax your body, close your eyes, don’t force anything and let it all happen. Don’t judge the anxiety. Don’t tell yourself it’s ok. Just watch it happen silently. Don’t force yourself not to think. To not think, is thinking of itself. To get better at awareness, just bring it back to the feeling of anxiety and observe it. Every time you do this, you train the muscle of presence like your bicep or chest. Within a few seconds to 2-5 minutes, your anxiety will completely disappear. As you face your fears more often, that duration will decrease. You will have the same anxiety come up maybe 1-5 times depending in the intensity of your trauma behind the anxious trigger. For some, it never comes up again. This works because your awareness is like a flashlight in the dark. Where you point the flashlight, the darkness leaves and the light comes to fill it. Now you can see beyond the dark (your anxious feeling).
