Having a hard time figuring out which would be best for Webinar

I naturally Healed myself from Lupus 10 years ago and now I help others fully heal all kinds of chronic diseases without any pills, naturally.

I have a 4 week online program - an Ayurvedic Cleanse, which is helpful for all kinds of people (with fatigue or inflammation or for weight loss, digestive reset, etc) and have testimonials for that

I also have a 3 month program that I work 1:1 w/people to heal their chronic disease & provide all the education so they can become their own healers (kind of how I did for myself) which is $5,557

Should I try to do a Webinar for an Ayurvedic online Cleanse program (even with offer, value stack - it would be low ticket like $197) and then upsell the 1:1 (higher ticket)?

Should I try to create an online version of 1:1 make it $2997 & do a Webinar for that?

If I had to Pick 1 -> What’s a better ROI? & what should be my Primary focus to make my business financially sustainable while helping as many people as possible?
