1. Scaling to $10M: The key to scaling is consistency. Russell’s approach? Run webinars every single week with a $1,000 offer and focus on a $97/month membership that feeds into higher-ticket offers ($10K or $25K). For long-term success, you can also offer a 12-month membership for $997 to encourage continuity.
2. Refining Your Funnel & Strategy: Use a reverse funnel strategy—provide value upfront and only charge when customers are satisfied. This builds trust and minimizes refunds. If refunds do happen, reach out to customers to understand why and improve for future offers.
