Help me help others complete "Course Secrets" Week 1 Assigment.

I have been a part of this community for about six weeks.I have not been able to get through the first week of the “Course Secrets” training week 1 homework. I am Very confused and stuck. I’m talking about week one specifically how you have to create a product framework using Creatorly.

I am reaching out to anyone that has already completed the week one homework and would like to work together to help myself and anyone else get through the first week by phone. It appears that Russell does not have customer service that helps students understand the assignment nor a phone support system.
