“Marriage Coaching vs. Women’s Coaching—Which Path Makes Sense Now?”
Hello everyone,
I’m in the process of narrowing down my offer and could really use some insight. Here’s where I’m stuck:
My husband and I are marriage coaches. Together, we’ve written two books and a companion workbook, and we’ve coached countless couples over the years. While we love one-on-one coaching, it hasn’t been financially sustainable. My husband now works full-time, which means he doesn’t currently have the capacity to be as involved in building the program.
So here’s my dilemma:
  • Option 1: Move forward with creating and launching the marriage program on my own. I know that once it’s profitable, my husband would be excited to jump in and contribute.
  • Option 2: Pivot back to my women’s faith-based coaching and build my next offer around that instead, since I can run it fully on my own.
I’m passionate about both areas, but because we already have the marriage books completed, I keep going back and forth. I’d love some perspective—does it make sense to move forward with the marriage program without him, or should I focus solely on my women’s coaching for now?
