I told the story of the circumstances that led to me learning how to double my prices and close higher profile clients, followed by how I went on to teach students the system I created (origin)
I then taught the mental process to of acquiring the position of power when handling discovery and closing of a client. (internal belief)
Following that, I taught how and where to find higher quality clients so you can cut bad fits out before you even invest time in the closing process.
By now, I had two people asking for my, and I quote, Hormozi Irresistible Offer.
I asked for their emails so I could send them two worksheets that would help them with what I already taught.
I opened it to questions on the two subjects, and then asked permission to show them the offer. My affiliate, the one who brought these people from her 200 person whatsapp group, then told them to sit through it anyway and take notes on how I was presenting my offer and the close.
I ran through the (albeit incomplete) slides of the offer (so far it had all been talking head in the zoom), and went gauging their responses. I took notes on the parts where I overdid a pitch, as well as the questions that they asked, so I could fine-tune.
The offer stack began stressing them out, looking at the numbers of value, but when I dropped it to 626 (after getting them to agree that the 3,794 was still worth it) one guy said in the comments that it was very reasonable, and another told everyone else to go out, close 6 whatever clients at 150 today and tomorrow, and that way have the money for the programme +40%.
This was when I had a moment of inspiration and I said "if you choose the payment plan, and you bring me one more student by cart close, I'll forgive your second payment". This was a BIG plus for them, and the excitement was palpable.
I got a few comments saying "Thanks, I will consider it during the week" and knew immediately that I needed to get some form of commitment from them right away. So, in a rush, I said "Listen, I know the cart closes next week, but I will add you to the Skool community today so you can see all the material being laid out and built before your very eyes. I will ONLY let you in now if you tell me you're on board. You can choose on Friday if you want to stay or go, but you have to choose now".
I got 10 people saying ME!
NEXT STEPS?
  • I spend all week logic and emotion repitching all of them
  • I issue a new checkout that splits the bill in 50% for the affiliates. They need to pay before they can affiliate, and if they dont close the second, they get billed the other 50% later.
Then, it occurred to me... I'm going to be repitching them all week, right? I'm going to promote each section, each part of the offer, as I build the infrastructure for it. Doesn't that sound like a challenge?
So, that Skool community I said would open only for those who said ME (and I realise now the ones who didnt say me probably don't know what Skool is), I'm going to use it as a challenge. I'm going to slam my own list and fb community with promos today and tomorrow for "start your 6 figure agency in 5 days". and get as many into it as possible. Also, those who DO affiliate can use it to bring their referrals in to warm up for the final offer next Saturday.
So, I keep the commitments toasty hot, bring in more people, push hype with daily drops, and then when the cart closes, leave everyone else who DIDNT buy in for 3 days longer so they can see the hype AHA moment posts, and then I kick them.
I want 32 sign ups for my 626 offer, and I see that as being very possible.
