Who is going for the Top 15 Affiliate Contest to get an invite to Clickfunnels Headquarters in September?
The first thing I want to say is this…
If you believe you can’t finish top 15, you’re wrong!
Before I tell you why… you must hear this first…
You want to be in this room. I don’t know many experiences you can get in a small gathering with Russell and his team without paying $150k - $250k…
Never mind getting paid to be there (your earned commissions).
And this probably goes without saying, Russell and his team take care of their guests!!
My first time promoting one of Russell’s events was back in 2019.
I had no email list or social media following but I had one thing over the big names who I was up against…
Excitement, determination, and passion for the product.
Not to say the others didn’t, but most of them had their own products to focus on and promoted a little bit, but I went ALL IN!
So if you don’t have an offer yet, you actually have an advantage against the big dogs.
Just the fact that you have experienced this event, you already have a leg up on anyone who hasn’t.
Leverage your excitement as this event wraps up and create your promotional strategy while it’s all fresh in your mind.
Here are some ideas to consider right now to promote the event in September, even if you do not have an email list or big following:
1️⃣ Sit down and draft your promotional content calendar.
- Behind the scenes - documenting what you’re implementing from this event.
- Share your excitement for what you just learned.
- Create a Google doc with your top take aways and action steps and post about it.
- Example: “I made a list of 50 one to many selling strategies that most people have likely never heard before that you can use in your next webinar to increase your conversions. Want a copy?”
- Share a story about your experience going through this event and what it’s opened up for you.
- Turn your list of take aways into valuable posts sharing new found knowledge from this event.
- Share success stories from members in this event with your audience. (There’s a ton in here that you can share).
- Interview exchange - interview someone you met in this community to share their experience with your audience and do the same for theirs.
- Host a livestream talking about your biggest takeaways with a call to action at the end to comment below if they want an invite to the next one. (Instead of posting your link, they’ll comment and it will boost your post on the algorithm and you can send them a message to follow through with then so they enroll.)
- Practice the 60 second webinar you learned from Eric and post one or a few per day leading up to the next event.
- Create a mini-webinar using FB and IG stories with a call to action to DM you.
- Ask others to come through the experience with you again as your accountability partner.
- Get creative!
2️⃣ Create a bonus offer for anyone who signs up with your link.
Think about some things you can offer someone when they use your link to sign up that will support them in getting the most out of this event?
- Accountability and support
- Group chat for all your sign ups
- Daily debriefs on Zoom after each day
- Share your notes and takeaways
- Share the assets you’ve created (webinar slide template for example)
- Create a checklist for them to get the most out of the event
- What else can you create that ads value to them?
3️⃣ Promote your bonus in your promotional posts.
4️⃣ Reach out to everyone you know who owns a business or is in marketing and sales. You are not bothering them, just be genuine and share your excitement and let them know you thought of them as you were going through this event. They will thank you later!
5️⃣ Find places online where people who are interested in running webinars and events are already congregating. (Think forums, groups, Reddit, social channels, webinar software, etc). Show up and provided value, contribute to the conversation every day, strike up conversations, ask them about their business, share with them, invite them to the event).
What else can you do that will be a little out of your comfort zone but 1000% worth it in the end?
Interview someone from this community every day on your social media accounts until the next event starts?
Go live everyday sharing behind the scenes or you building your webinar or challenge?
Write and film 50 “60 second webinars” and post daily now until the next event?
Whatever you’re will to do, it will be worth the effort when you walk through those doors to Clickfunnels HQ in September.
