Luke 13:20–21 The Kingdom...
The Kingdom of God transforms from the inside out—what starts small and hidden will eventually impact everything. Ask yourself: - What is God working on inside me right now? - Am I allowing Him into every area—or only certain parts? - Am I expecting instant change instead of trusting the process? - Where is God slowly transforming me beneath the surface? “God’s work in you may be unseen at first—but it is meant to transform everything.”
Luke 13:22-30 The Kingdom is open...
The Kingdom is open—but entering it requires a real, personal, and urgent response to God. Ask yourself: - Am I just familiar with God—or am I truly aligned with Him? - Am I assuming I’m “in,” or actively walking with Him? - Is there anything God has asked me to do that I’m delaying? - Am I taking seriously what Jesus says about the narrow door? “Don’t assume you’re in—make sure you’re walking through the narrow door.”

Talents Parable
Faithful with the Master's Trust/ Multiplying What God Has Entrusted to You
In my study this morning Matthew 25:14-30 we know it as the 'Parable of the Talents'. However, there is so much more to this. The Lord had entrusted with each man something to be faithful and steward while that Lord or Master was away. One question that keeps coming up is "What are you doing with what I have entrusted to you?" After all, the talents belonged to the master, they were never the belonging of the servants. If this is the case then everything belongs to the Lord. Everything includes: our salvation, our time, our abilities, our spiritual gifts, our resources, our influence, our opportunities our relationships. Each one of us has been given our portion based on our ability. We must act on the Lords instructions. The characteristics between these servants was this: The first 2 servants 1. They acted immediately. 2. They took responsibility. 3. They produced fruit The 3rd servants actions were shaped by his perception of the master. This lead to fear and inaction instead of trust. Sin was not the problem here it was FEAR! Here are some questions to ask yourself: 1. What has God entrusted to me and am I investing what God has given? 2. Am I multiplying God's kingdom or merely maintaining MY comfort? 3. Do I work for recognition or for the Master? Take away: This parable teaches us that God does not measure us by the size of our gifts but by our faithfulness with which we steward his gift. Its not a matter of how much we receive but whether we are investing OUR LIVES in a way that honors HIM.

The Oil Cannot Be Borrowed
Matthew 25:1–13 Jesus' parable of the ten bridesmaids reminds us that spiritual readiness cannot be borrowed from someone else's faith. All ten were invited, all expected the bridegroom, and all carried lamps, but only five had prepared enough oil for the wait. When the bridegroom arrived, the difference was not found in what they claimed to believe but in whether they had prepared their hearts beforehand. Our relationship with Christ is deeply personal. No pastor, spouse, parent, friend, or church can cultivate intimacy with Jesus on our behalf. Each of us is called to know the Bridegroom personally and remain ready for His return. Today, ask yourself: Is my faith sustained by my own daily walk with Christ, or am I relying on the spiritual strength of others? The oil of a living relationship with Jesus is cultivated through prayer, time in God's Word, obedience, worship, and faithful perseverance. Christ's invitation remains open today, but His call is to live prepared—not in fear, but in joyful expectation. Let your heart be filled with the oil of His presence so that when the Bridegroom comes, you will be ready to enter the celebration with Him. Reflection Questions: 1. What am I doing today to deepen my personal relationship with Christ so that I am living ready for His return? 2. What distractions, fears, or priorities may be slowly draining the "oil" of my relationship with Christ, and what changes is God calling me to make today? 3. If Jesus returned today, would my life demonstrate that I truly know the Bridegroom, or would I discover that I have been relying on religious activity instead of a daily relationship with Him?
