May I soon obtain the eye of wisdom
May I swiftly liberate all living beings
May I early gain skillful means
May I quickly board the Prajñā (wisdom) boat
May I soon cross beyond the sea of suffering
May I quickly perfect morality and meditation
May I early ascend the mountain of Nirvāṇa
May I swiftly dwell in the abode of the Unconditioned
When facing mountains, rivers, and the great earth,
May I quickly realize the Dharma-body of true nature.
Nán wú dà bēi Guān Shì Yīn,
Yuàn wǒ sù zhī yí qiè fǎ;
Yuàn wǒ zǎo dé zhì huì yǎn,
Yuàn wǒ sù dù yí qiè zhòng;
Yuàn wǒ zǎo dé shàn fāng biàn,
Yuàn wǒ sù chéng bō rě chuán;
