How to Beat the Sugar Cravings (Realistic, Proven & Easy to Implement)
If you’re battling sugar cravings right now, you’re not alone and you’re not “failing.” What you’re feeling is exactly what happens when parasites and yeast get fed during the holidays they wake up, multiply, and demand more.
We don’t beat cravings with willpower.
We beat them by understanding the biology and outsmarting it. Here are simple, realistic things you can do right now that actually work:
Start your day with minerals and water. Most cravings are mineral deficiencies pretending to be hunger. When your minerals go up, their grip goes down.
Eat a real protein + healthy fat at least once or twice a day. When your blood sugar is stable, parasites lose control over your hunger signals.
Use cinnamon or ginger after meals. These help slow down glucose spikes and shut down post meal cravings.
Reach for something bitter when a craving hits. Lemon peel, grapefruit, dandelion tea, arugula because parasites hate bitter. It calms the craving almost instantly.
Brush your teeth. It sounds silly but it works. The brain turns off “food mode” when your mouth tastes minty and clean.
Keep a grounding snack ready. Pumpkin seeds, almonds, a small apple with nut butter, or cucumber with sea salt. Not perfect, just stabilizing.
Don’t let yourself get too hungry. When you get overly hungry, parasites hijack your cravings. Eat before you crash.
Protect your sleep. Lack of sleep triggers sugar cravings more than anything. Even 30 extra minutes can change the next day.
Move your body for 2 minutes. Walk outside, stretch, breathe. This resets dopamine and shuts down the “I need sugar now” cycle.
Above above all be gentle with yourself. This is not weakness. This is chemistry. This is yeast, parasites, and overgrowth being fed during the holidays. You are aware now, and awareness is power.
