Targeting new countries with PMAX

Hi guys-

I am new to google ads and learning the process. I recently set up a performance max campaign for my ecom store, just targeting the uk. Performance has improved a lot recently (assuming coming out of the learning phase) and I am starting to see positive ROAS numbers.

My question is regarding adding different countries to my locations. Say for instance I wanted to add USA, then Australia, then European countries etc, would I set up new campaigns for each? I would I just start adding them to the existing campaign?

My budget is currently £80 per day but would like to start increasing slowly.
