This is a really good week 1 swing. I can see your hard work paying off. Great job rotating and getting the belly button pointed to the left antenna when you land. For week 2 I want you to work on getting the elbow more down and back and at 90 degrees. This will get the hand further from your head and give it more distance to travel to pick up speed and create more power.
