The setup uses 30cm x5cm strips and I will probably look for something slightly wider and longer (heavier) so the strips don’t move if the athlete hits the strip.
Wickets use the 15cm hurdles.
I look at where the athlete is landing in relation to the strip or wicket and makes adjustments.
For the wickets, I move it out 1/2 a shoe whenever they are starting to look close the hitting the hurdles.
Ideally they should be hitting halfway or 2/3rds distance
