Integrating Power Apps into Power BI

Hi all,

I did not do a lot with Power Apps until now, just basic stuff a few years ago and I found it very unintuitive and unhandy - which might be because I did not have a lot of practise! Power BI was unhandy for me too in the first place, but now I am quite familiar with it.

I have a client that has Power BI reports and want to write data to the database from the report canvas. So I thoght I could write a Power App and integrate that to my report. Can anyone give my advice on:

how scalable that is? An App with five simple form fields might be no problem, but what if I have like 20 or more?
Is there any way to filter my report which manipulates the shown measures and save exactly that measure-values to my database without retyping them? So does the Power App-visual interact with the rest of my report?
Do you have any experience about the maintenance and performance of a Power App in a Power BI report?
