Okay, real talk...
I see so many mamas (myself included, not gonna lie) treating food like something we have to earn through workouts or "being good."
But here's the thing - you need to EAT to have ENERGY. Period.
You don't earn breakfast by doing a workout first. You don't need to "make up for" that cookie by doing extra cardio.
Your body needs fuel to function, to show up for your kids, to literally exist.
Hot take? Maybe. But I'm curious - do you ever catch yourself in this mindset?
