Real talk from my kitchen today...
A few years ago, I used to:
- Skipped breakfast because "I'm not hungry yet"
- Grabbed whatever the I could quickly find in the cabinet
- Crashed HARD by 3pm
- Was too tired to make a real dinner
Sound familiar? π
Now? I eat consistently throughout the day, I balance my blood sugar, and I actually have energy to show up for my son AND my business.
The difference? Understanding macros without making it complicated or restrictive.
I'm not eating "perfectly" (lol what even is that?). But I AM eating regularly, balancing protein/carbs/fats, and not waiting until I'm starving.
For anyone who wants the simple breakdown of how I do this without overthinking it - that's literally what I created Macros Made Simple for. It's $27 one-time (or $7/month for founders) and it walks you through exactly how to do this for YOUR life.
But even if you don't grab the course - please just remember: EAT BEFORE YOU'RE STARVING. Your body needs fuel to make energy β€οΈ
What's your biggest struggle with eating consistently?
