UPDATE on my previous post

The young lady who picked up some equipment finally made her payment for her DTF order — and then asked me about my invoice system. I explained my CRM, how I set up invoices and reminders, and she said she loved it and was even considering using it for her own rental business.

It felt so good to hear that my system is actually working for me. She got all the reminders and thank-you notifications I’d set up, everything ran smoothly, and it made the whole process professional and easy.

Seeing the fruits of the work I put into creating something that actually helps me — and now others — is just… satisfying. Grateful for that.
