Client Reaction Made This One Special šŸ¤
There’s nothing like seeing your vision come to life I had the opportunity to design this sweetheart table backdrop among many other touches for a wedding this past week, and I wanted to share it with you all. I went for a clean, structured drape design with layered crisscross detailing to create depth without overwhelming the space. Paired it with soft florals, candlelight, and a simple but elegant table setup to keep the focus where it belongs šŸ’ But what meant the most was this message from my bride. Here is a snippet: ā€œCRB Vision exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day so beautiful… The head table was stunning, and the backdrop was exactly what I wanted. Every detail was beautifully done… You could truly see the care, creativity, and attention that went into everything.ā€ Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Always learning, always refining, always aiming to elevate the experience. Would love your thoughts on the draping style!

Sand Wax Candle Hack (Part 2) | Make Them Stable
If you watched Part 1, you already know how to stretch your sand wax… but this right here is how you make it event-ready. Adding a simple DIY sand bag gives your candles the weight they need so they don’t tip over when things get busy (and you already know how people get at events). Now you’re not just saving product, you’re creating a setup that’s stable, safe, and still looks premium. If you want more smart tips like this, comment PDU and I’ll send you the link!

We used this technique in class and it was great. It worked perfectly. I also really liked the dying of the sand you shared.

How to Stretch Your Sand Wax (DIY Trick)
Sand wax candles are beautiful, but let’s be real—they can get expensive fast. This quick hack shows you how to stretch your wax using a simple pool noodle insert so your candles still look full and premium without using a ton of product. It’s an easy way to save money while keeping your designs elevated. If you want more smart tips like this.

What Got Done This Week? Drop Your Friday Update Below
Hey PDU fam! Happy Friday. Before you close out the week, drop below real quick: āžŠ What did you actually get done or practice this week? āž‹ What didn't move that you wanted it to? āžŒ What is one thing you want to focus on going into next week? Shoutout to everyone who showed up in the comments this week šŸ‘‡ @Lucy Mireles cleaning and organizing the storage was the move this week. Did you get through it? Knowing exactly what you have is the first step to knowing what you can offer and what to invest in next. @Sasha Castle baby shower colour palettes, a two panel backdrop, balloon arch, centerpieces AND thinking about inventory for Bermuda all at once. That is a full creative and business week. Did the practice sessions land the way you envisioned? The space must transform, you said it yourself. Tell us how it went. @Ruth B. you did not just answer the question, you mapped out an entire business strategy. Content to clients, new designs to higher pricing, systems to more bookings, and digital products as the next play. That is not just thinking, that is someone who sees the full picture. How much of that actually moved this week? Everyone else, Regina, Darelle, Dianne and the rest of the fam, don't go quiet on a Friday. Drop your update below so we can close the week with intention. See you Monday!

This week I completed a wedding setup out of town. Traveling is whole new experience and I learned a lot. I also worked on my accounting process for check and balances.
