Let me say something that might sting a little The designers who are fully booked this summer are not necessarily the most talented ones in the room. They are the most visible ones. They posted when the lighting was not perfect. They shared a setup that was not their best work. They showed up on stories with no makeup on and talked about what they were building. And because of that, they stayed top of mind. And top of mind is top of the inbox when a client is ready to book. You cannot convert an audience you do not have.
