Capital alone doesn’t build projects. Aligned capital does.
I’ve learned this the hard way.
Not every investor relationship is a good one, regardless of ticket size.
What matters is how someone relates to:
* process
* uncertainty
* shared decision-making
* time
When trust in the structure or the team is missing, pressure increases — and execution suffers.
That’s why I’m selective.
Not because I want fewer partners, but because projects perform better when everyone understands their role.
Strong developments are built with partners who trust the framework and allow the team to operate.
That filter may slow growth. But it strengthens results.
And at the level I’m building toward, that distinction is essential.
