What’s up everyone, my name’s Mawil.

I’m a real estate investor, content creator, and entrepreneur currently focused on scaling both my portfolio and personal brands the right way.

I currently own 3 units, including a rental property in Puerto Rico, and I’m actively looking into opportunities across Florida with a focus on long-term appreciation, cash flow, and creative financing strategies.

Outside of real estate, I also work in media/content creation and have been building multiple social media brands around entrepreneurship, family, mindset, and business. Long term, I want to combine real estate, content, and community into something much bigger than just owning properties.

Quick background on me, I immigrated to the U.S. at 15 without knowing English, became the first in my family to graduate college, and I’ve been obsessed with building ever since.
