Awesome presentation? It made me feel so much more at ease. Now, just kind of figure out how to make money at this all the stereo stuff has been shown in, I guess there's nothing of fear. But fear itself now, I'm glad to be here, and I'm hopeful that I can strategize somebody who's willing to take me under their wing. And show me a little how to do this. Alright.What's going on, everybody?My name is Roob i am currently not working. I'm trying to spend all my time in trying to invest in property reality. I don't really have any experience. I'm not sure what a good deal. Looks like exactly but I would appreciate any kind of help. I would like to focus on maybe obtaining how to use as a rental and start building my portfolio. But I'm not opposed to knocking on doors and helping people in foreclosure Just soi am currently not working. I'm trying to spend all my time in trying to invest in property reality. Something I’ve been noticing even with solid, pre-underwritten deals…
You can have: – good numbers – clear strategy – even guidance on execution …and people still don’t move. It’s rarely the deal itself. It’s hesitation at the moment of action. Either: – they’re not fully clear on their criteria – or they’re not mentally/financially ready to commit right then Which is interesting, because the advantage of getting access to deals like this is speed… but speed only works if you’re actually ready to act. Starting to think readiness matters more than deal quality in a lot of cases. Curious, when you see a deal that fits on paper, what usually holds people back from pulling the trigger?
