Hi everyone, My name is Amos. I’m currently based in Minnesota and have been studying wholesaling and real estate investing very seriously over the past few months. A little about me — I’m a spinal cord injury survivor and operate from a wheelchair, which has changed how I approach a lot of things in life. One thing it did do was push me to start building something meaningful and learn skills that can create long-term independence. Real estate wholesaling stood out because it’s one of the few businesses where effort, learning, and relationships matter more than physical mobility. Right now I’ve been: • Studying underwriting and deal analysis• Learning buyer buy boxes and investor criteria• Reaching out to agents and wholesalers for off-market opportunities• Building a small buyer network and analyzing deals daily I’m very close to getting my first deal done and have been sourcing properties and running numbers, but I know experience shortens the learning curve. So I wanted to introduce myself here and connect with people who are actually doing deals. Does this cover all states when investing with you? If yes but you are not located in the same state how does Boots on the Ground & contractors & such work for out of states deals through you? Can we also do both? Invest with you & do some on our own ? Thank you.
