I have a hack! I buy this pre-marinated carnitas roast from Aldi and it is SO GOOD 👏🏼 I toss it on the crockpot for 6-7hr on low (depending on size) and it just literally falls apart. Serve over rice, in a tortilla, in a salad, whatever fits your macros! And the leftovers? So good, too! Now that I’m typing this I might actually grab one for my lunch meal preps for next week!
