Thriving
Super proud of myself normally on Saturday I have not been motivated for much. I would just lay in bed sometimes for hours and just go over everything and anything that would’ve annoyed me throughout the week. I just completed my first five straight days of thrive 30 and I feel amazing. I’ve been getting up at 6 AM to get it done before work and then doing my walks in the evening and I said to myself just because it’s Saturday and you’re off it should not be any different. So off I was this morning for a 45 minute walk got my protein in for my workout 🏋️‍♀️ , did my Thrive 30 now I’m fresh out the shower and ready to tackle cleaning this house from upstairs to downstairs. Having all this energy is amazing. 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 🤯🏃‍♀️‍➡️🍎🥬🥦🍓🥕🥚🥑🫐🍌
