Rut.
I have been in a rut the last couple of weeks! I have not found time to focused and engaged here and it for sure has effected other areas.
Fitness focus - solid. It’s just my day. Do it without second thought. Do I sometimes drag my feet. Ohh yah. But I get up and do it. Finishing up my 13 week program and going to start Thrive 30 finally.
Nutrition. Struggggle bus. I cannot get on a solid momentum. Hit and miss. Felt like an addict one day , like literally could not say no or stop myself. Work up one morning done with that and ready to build on that thought and momentum.
Am I beating myself and living in those days of “failing” nope. Can’t. It happened. Can’t change it. Did I force myself to reflect through it and use that to help focus. Yep. Onwards we go!
