Whole foods first. Always. Move your body. Recover. Learn yourself. That’s the foundation.
But I also used to be the person who was anti-supplement… because everything I tried was disgusting and I thought I just couldn’t “handle” protein powders.
Plot twist: it wasn’t me. It was the products.
Now I’ve been doing protein coffee for years in the best way possible.
Because let’s be honest—hitting 120-160g of protein from whole foods every single day sounds great… but it’s not always realistic.
So I choose sustainable over perfect.
Today that looked like:
Vanilla ready-to-drink protein (not on the market yet! But so good) + Phormula-1 mocha = 53g iced protein coffee. 🤤

Ps- the cafe latte message cracked me up! This person went on to order 3 containers, yes, it’s that good.
Remember, we actually don’t care about protein we care about lean muscle mass! Yes, I’m already thinking about how my bones and muscle support me and my future great grandkids hopefully!
