My goals for this June challenge are 7K steps, 40oz water, and 1.5hrs of social media apps (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok). The last two days have been baby steps with water and steps but I’m doing well limiting my social media apps.
I’d like to continue getting a 20 minute walk with Brandy in. I know I can do 7K steps so that will come. I’d like to increase my water to actually be 40oz. Here’s to day 3!
